Diablo Choral Artists

Established in 1993 (as Voices of Musica Sacra), and now under the direction of Luis González, Diablo Choral Artists is a community chorus of approximately forty singers with a mission of presenting significant works of sacred and secular choral music; inspiring and uplifting audiences through live performances of artistic excellence; and nurturing the appreciation and enjoyment of choral music in people of all ages and cultures. DCA has performed a variety of major works, such as Pergolesi’s Magnificat, Vivaldi’s Gloria, Faure’s Requiem, and Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms, and has taken concert tours to Europe. DCA has been the guest of the California Symphony, Diablo Symphony Orchestra, and Contra Costa Performing Arts Society.
